The seller

Goods on this website are sold by Pages of Love (ABN 30451744007), located in Australia. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the payment and send an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices, payment and currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). The total shown before you confirm payment is the total we charge.

The seller is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to prices and no GST is shown on receipts. A receipt is issued for every order.

Payments are handled by Stripe on their own secure pages. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fee, which we do not receive and cannot control.

Delivery

Printed copies are dispatched from Australia within 7 days of a confirmed payment. That window is our dispatch and handling time, not a guaranteed carrier delivery time; delivery is then subject to the carrier. eBooks require no shipping.

Duties, taxes and customs

Import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by a destination country outside Australia are payable by the customer and are not collected by us. Customs processing may also delay delivery.

Cancellations

A printed order can be cancelled at no cost until it has been dispatched.

An eBook order can be cancelled at any time before the download has been accessed.

Your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The text, cover art, photography and interior pages of Pages of Love are protected by copyright. Buying a copy gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read it. Copying, resale, republication, uploading or sharing of the eBook file or its download link is not permitted.

Reviews you submit are published only after moderation and must be your own honest experience.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees described above, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to resupplying the item or refunding the price paid.
