Digital Delivery Policy

No shipping required

eBooks are digital products. No shipping address is requested and no shipping cost is charged for a digital-only order.

When access is granted

Access is granted only after the payment provider confirms the payment. The download then appears in your account library and the link is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Your personal download link is issued immediately after the payment is confirmed. It is valid for 15 minutes and can be used up to 3 times. A fresh link can always be generated from your account library.

What is delivered

You receive the complete, approved PDF edition of Pages of Love. The store is technically prevented from delivering a sample, placeholder or substitute file: if the approved file is not available, the download is refused and you are told why, rather than being sent something else.

Secure links

Download links are personal, time-limited (15 minutes) and limited to 3 uses. An expired or exhausted link can be replaced from your account library at no cost. Links must not be shared, forwarded or republished.

A failed attempt — for example while the file is unavailable — never consumes one of your uses.

What you need

Any device or application that can open a standard PDF. If you cannot open the file, contact us and we will help or provide a remedy under the Refund & Returns Policy.

Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to read the book. Copying, distributing, reselling, uploading or sharing the file or its link is not permitted.

If delivery fails

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and your account library first. If the file is still missing, inaccessible or corrupted, write to katrin-odish@outlook.com with your order number. We will restore access or refund you in full.
